Terms and Conditions
Orders must be placed at a minimum of 24 hours prior to delivery or pick-up. Walk-ins to the Retail Shop found at 17 Balaclava Street, Woolloongabba, QLD, 4102 are permitted. Please note that you may be required to provide evidence of your authorisation in using a wholesale account (if you are our wholesale customer) otherwise use of stated wholesale account may be refused.
Please be advised that we currently do not have the facilities or means to deliver cold or frozen products to our retail customers, and so encourage all our customers to come and visit our store where you will have the opportunity to source this range of goods.
Wholesale deliveries below $150.00 will be charged a delivery fee based on delivery location. This information can be found whilst we process your COD wholesale application. Please note that wholesale discounts are under the discretion of Pennisi Cuisine Distributors.
Claims for damaged goods or incorrect deliveries must be made within 24 hours from time of delivery. The Purchaser bears the onus that the goods were stored under suitable conditions for the product. Perishable items cannot be returned after they have been accepted.
Wholesale customers agree NOT to deduct any amount from their invoice due to a dispute of the product delivery and agrees that once the goods are signed for, the quantity and quality of the goods cannot be disputed unless confirmed in writing and signed by an Authorized Officer of Pennisi Cuisine Distributors.
A signed invoice at delivery is conclusive evidence that the items on the invoice have been received.
Wholesale customers agree to pay COD (Cash on Delivery) for Goods before or on Delivery or Pickup if such be their terms. Pennisi Cuisine Distributors holds the right to refuse any deliveries of goods that have not yet being confirmed paid.
Wholesale customers agree that interest, at ruling bank overdraft rates and collection charges, may be charged on overdue wholesale accounts.
Pricing and availability
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
We cannot always guarantee that a product ordered online is available. In this case we will communicate to the best of our ability any alternative products. If required, we are able to cancel orders. There is no charge for this.
All reasonable effort is made to ensure the information on this site is complete and reliable, however their may be errors in pricing or in other parts of this website. Any errors found or notified to us Pennisi Cuisine Distributors will be considered and we will seek to correct such in a timely manner. We reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to make changes to prices or content or product descriptions at any time without obligation to issue any notice of such changes including after an order has been submitted, shipped or received, except as prohibited by the law.
Payment
Payments online work under our ‘eWay’ payment gateway. Payments accepted include but may not be limited to Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment data submitted is all handled by our payment gateway which then notifies this site of its success or failure. Alternatively, you are welcome to pay over the phone or in-person.
When selecting the pickup option ($0.00 delivery fee) during checkout, you may be requested to add in your card details. Please note that no money will be charged for your order until we confirm it manually. The card details step is set up for website security and it also provides you ease of payment for your future orders.
If you wish to approve payment in-person instead of online, please write out “paying in-person” during checkout. You will find a notes / instructions area where you can write this down.

Information collected through this website in relation to your order may be stored in our database so that we can deliver your order and communicate with you in relation to your order. For security purposes, we do not store credit card information. Such information is handled by our payment gateway provider ‘eWay’.
